Description
Providing evidence for the results that coaching engagements generate is one of the biggest challenges coaches face. The client can often name changes they perceive, but how do those changes get documented and communicated to stakeholders and other invested influencers?
In this four-hour course, participants will develop a strategy to use assessments to measure change. You’ll understand the difference between assessment and measurement, identify key questions that assessments can add to a coaching engagement, and apply a strategic lens to communicate the results your coaching generates.
This course uses case studies, measurement techniques, and communication strategies to raise the overall impact of your coaching. Uses self-assessments and 360 perspectives.
Four hours of coach-specific training.
One 120 minute live session and two hours of asynchronous (on-demand) training
Training Language: English
Instructor: Jonathan Reitz, MCC
